I was very please with my technician today. He was very helpful in giving me a couple different scenarios that could be the cause of my issue. He also highlighted some construction quality opportunities which I am appreciative of. The entire visit was extremely educational and I felt valued as a customer. It makes me wish you guys wired my home !

Moved two lights in the master bath
I came to help Kathy with the pool Equipment not having power and performed a diagnosis. I found the issue which pool tech will correct. I also retrofit a fluorescent light with LED bulbs which will last longer and it will always turn on
I came to help Ray with switches that were broken. I replaced all 3 switches with single pole decora switches and all are working properly.
I came to help Anne changed the light bulbs and trims to LED retrofits. They will last 50 thousand hours, reduce heat and utilize less electricity.
I came to install two ceiling fixtures. One is a small Chandelier and another is a small pendant. I made sure I installed both fixtures according to the measurement specifications per my client. Everyt6is working properly.
Electrical troubleshooting and repair Surge protection
I came to help Ed diagnose an Issue related to a surge from a lightning strike near. It blew the gfci in the garage cutting power to garage door opener and other electrical devices. I looked at both electrical panels and all good. I replaced the burned gfci in garage which restored power.
